Capture the Essence of Memphis - Memphis Music & Heritage Festival

Memphis, TN. August 17, 2016. The Center for Southern Folklore will transform two blocks of Main Street into a living, breathing, creative display of the arts, music, and heritage of the Memphis and the Delta Region. The Memphis Music & Heritage Festival will be held on Labor Day Weekend, September 3rd and 4th 2016. This always free family-friendly festival will feature music, arts and crafts, dancers and chefs from the cultural crossroads of Memphis.

There will be four stages on South Main between Peabody Place and Union, and two stages inside the Center at 119 South Main. Our culture and heritage will be presented on these stages from 11 am to 11 pm both days. For updates and schedules, please see the festival event page.

The festival continues to be free thanks to sponsors, donors, and volunteers who offer their treasure and talent.
